Latihan Guru Bestari

pembestarian sekolah merupakan salah satu strategi untuk membangunkan modal insan yang terdapat dalam Pelan Induk Pembangunan Pendidikan (Perkara 5 PIPP). Pembestarian sekolah adalah suatu proses berterusan ke arah pembudayaan penggunaan TMK dalam Pendidikan untuk meningkatkan lagi kualiti P&P, pengurusan dan kompetensi guru. Bagi mencapai matlamat tersebut, Bahagian Pendidikan Guru melaksanakan Kursus Latihan Guru Bestari kepada guru dalam perkhidmatan secara berterusan sejak 1998.

Pengisian untuk ambilan mulai Jun 2007 ini ialah hasil daripada semakan semula kurikulum sedia ada bagi memenuhi keperluan pendidikan masa kini dan kehendak sebenar guru dan murid di sekolah berdasarkan pengurusan P&P bestari. Peserta kursus akan dilatih untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan, kemahiran dan penggunaan TMK dalam P&P bagi melahirkan modal insan yang mampu berdikari, berdaya saring, berdaya berfikir, berdaya maju serta dapat menghadapi cabaran globalisasi pada Abad Ke-21.
